MFA recognizes the computer from which you conduct the majority of your Internet Banking transactions.  When attempting to access your Internet Banking account from a different computer, you will be prompted to answer additional verification questions.  MFA provides extra protection for your accounts and information.

Forgot your password?  To reset your password – after you enter your Access ID and click Login, you will see a forgot password link.  Click on the link.  An e-mail will be sent to you with a temporary password.  You will then be prompted to change your password at your next login to Internet Banking.  You may also call the main office at (309) 924-1316 or the Dallas City office at (217) 852-6552.
