ATM/Debit Cards
The Bank of Stronghurst offers an ATM card and the Bank of Stronghurst Visa Debit Card.
The ATM Card can be used at any ATM or at any merchant that accepts Point of Sale transactions.
The Visa Debit Card is the simplest, fastest, and most convenient way to make purchases from your checking account without writing a check. Because it is accepted at over 13 million locations, it will always be a viable payment method. The Visa Debit Card also functions as an ATM card. Visa Debit Cards are available to qualified customers.

ATM Card PIN Number
If your pin number is lost or you are unable to remember the number you can contact any of our branch locations to order a new pin number.
Activate Your New Debit Card, Set and/or Change Your PIN
To activate your new debit card through our automated phone system:
- Call 800-567-3451; select your language preference
- Enter your card number as it appears on the front of your card
- Enter the 3-digit security code on back of the card
- Upon successful completion of steps 1-3, the system will prompt caller to answer authentication questions.
- After successful authentication, the card will be activated (if it hasn’t been activated already).
Should the caller incorrectly enter any necessary information, the system will repeat the prompts. For security reasons, the system will NOT notify the caller what prompt was entered incorrectly.
To set and/or change your debit card PIN through our automated phone system:
- Call 800-567-3451; select your language preference
- Enter your card number as it appears on the front of your card
- Enter the 3-digit security code on back of the card
- Upon successful completion of steps 1-3, the system will prompt caller to answer authentication questions which include the caller's: last 4 of Social Security number, expiration date on card, zip code.
- The system will prompt the caller to enter a PIN to be used with the card.
- Upon successful PIN selection, you may begin using your card.

My Cards
Easily tract your spending, control your cards, and turn on/off your cards with the My cards feature within the Bank of Stronghurst mobile app.
With our new and improved card experience, you can:
- Receive Transaction notifications.
- Enriched transactions to clearly see where your purchases are made.
- Recurring payment visibility for subscriptions and cards on file with merchants.
- Controls and alerts for location, merchant type, and spending limit preferences.
- Simplified reporting of lost or stolen cards.
- Tracking spending by month, category and more.
How to Enroll in My Cards
- Complete an Online Banking Application at your nearest branch.
- Download the Bank of Stronghurst App from the Apple App Store or Google Play.
- Use the Online Banking credentials assigned to you by the bank.
- Select My cards under quick links.
- Select Add Card.
- Enter your Bank of Stronghurst debit card number.
- Follow the prompts.
Lost or Stolen Card?
Protecting your debit card and your funds is our top priority. Contact us immediately if your card is lost or stolen! We can terminate your card right away to prevent fraud and unauthorized usage before it happens, but we need to hear from you first. During banking hours, please call us at (309) 924-1316. After hours, please contact the FRAUD PREVENTION CENTER at (800) 472-3272.
